Shipping Information

FULFILLMENT

Our fulfillment team works from Monday-to-Friday; we will always dispatch as quickly as we can. Any orders placed after 12 noon will be packed and shipped the following day except for Fridays which will be shipped on  the following Monday.

We prioritise all orders shipped by Royal Mail first or second class and 48 hours tracked delivery. Please choose the service you require.

UK SHIPPING

We provide FREE Royal Mail Tracked 2nd class delivery on all orders over £25.00 with tracking information supplied by Royal Mail

Orders under £25.00 are shipped by weight using either first or second class post.
 

Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
 

UK RETURNS
 

For non-faulty items, return postage is at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be given on all items within 7 days of receipt, subject to items being in an unblemished and unused condition.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment card
• Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty. We reserve the right to charge a £5 fee to cover our outgoing postage and packing costs for non-faulty items.
• Items are no longer eligible for return after 7 days of purchase and are considered final sale.
