Terms and Conditions

UK Orders; All orders are sent by Royal Mail and you can choose first or second class and certain orders offer recorded services depending on order size, and as such not all deliveries given a tracking number.

When will my order arrive? – We do our best to send orders within a couple of working days, so delivery should be within four/five working days. If an order does not arrive, customers are advised to check with their local Royal Mail delivery office in the first instance. We can provide proof of sending, but after that we have no way of tracking the delivery’s progress.

 

Cancellations and Returns

Please email us at admin@spiceshopuk.com to enquire about return and/or cancellation of an order.

Allergen statement:

SpiceshopUK.com supply a range of products which are internationally sourced from approved suppliers. Information is gathered from all suppliers to enhance our knowledge of the product and supplier handling procedures.

The following allergens are regularly handled by SpiceshopUK.com and our approved suppliers. Whilst our in-house handling procedures ensure the risk of cross contamination is reduced or eliminated, we cannot guarantee however that trace amounts of these allergens may not have been present at some point in the manufacturing process.

Mustard
Ginger and Garlic containing naturally occurring sulphites
Nuts
Spice Blends

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund products returned within 14 days of delivery. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Return your goods with your sales invoice and simply note down the reason for return on your sales invoice. Please follow the steps below for returning your items to us:

  • The item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received with labels and tags still attached.
  • Attach a label with our address
  • Obtain a postage receipt; this will act as your proof of return
  • Return will be at your expense and is not refundable by SpiceshopUK.com unless the returned item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once the product has been received and inspected we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.
  • After you have received the email please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
  • If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered we will issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.

EXCHANGES

We can only offer an exchange for faulty or incorrectly sent items. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for other reasons at this time. If you would like a refund for an item then please return the item as described above and we will happily process a refund for you.
